Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Dottie Doolittle! Returns for store credit must be shipped within 14 days of purchase. Items should be in original condition, with tags attached on clothing or in their original packaging for non-clothing items. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Please note: we now offer store credit only for all returns. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Sale, monogrammed, personalized, and special-order items are not eligible for store credit, exchanges, or adjustments. Thank you for supporting our small business! We appreciate your support.

We ship all merchandise within the continental United States via UPS and USPS. For shipping to Hawaii or outside the United States, please call our store at 1-415-563-3244, and we’ll be happy to help arrange alternate shipping. Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. You may also choose from our available express delivery options to receive your items more quickly.
